Japan – Tokyo last day!

I checked out the love hotel in the morning, I was going to try and see the sumo wrestling but it’s a bit expensive and I was too lazy to get up early to get tickets…

Japan – Shirakawago

I woke up super early and got to Kanazawa station at 9.15am to get a bus ticket for Shirakawago. I had found a timetable online through the nohi bus site and knew that there was a bus at 9.40am. Japan – Kanazawa

It took around 2 hours on the train from Kyoto to Kanazawa, all covered with the JR pass. In Kanazawa I was a little disheartened at first as it seemed exactly the same as previous places in Japan. I didn’t go too far up the mountain as I was quite tired and needed to save my legs for the journey back. I can imagine it being very rewarding to get to the top although I read it takes about 4 hours to get there!

From Kyoto station my Airbnb host had given me clear instructions so I hopped on the bus which cost 230y! And in no time was at the flat, it’s great as bikes are included with the flat so no walking or bus yay.
