I headed back to KL via train, as it was the end of Ramadan the roads were likely to be packed. I had booked my ticket at the station the day before and was lucky to get a ticket at 9am.
It cost 35rm which I think is more than a bus, but at least I would arrive at KL sentral and on time. It was a really comfortable journey and I had a seat next to me, so it wasn’t as full as expected. There was even a film playing which helped pass the time. After 2.5 hours I arrived seamlessly at the train station and was able to get straight onto the mono rail, after a cheeky Burger King, and head to Imbi.
I stayed at the Furama Bukit Bintang hotel and waited for my friend to arrive. We ended up spending the day at the Pavillion mall, eating lunch in the food court and then ate some marmite chicken for dinner nearby the hotel.
